Victor's hands don't update

The robotiq grippers do not update from the joint_state messages.

Almost certainly, this is related to the robotiq change. The joint state publisher probably publishes the new robotiq links, but the unity package has the old victor URDF.
The solution will be to re-import the URDF into unity, using the instructions on ROS-sharp

How to connect missing headset?

Everything appears to be turned on, but the headset is not connecting. However, the Vive Wireless reports that it's ready?

headset not detected

Installation Instructions: Openvr

I get the following error when I try to build this package.
It seems like openvr is needed

Errors << openvr_ros_driver:make /home/bradsaund/catkin_ws/logs/openvr_ros_driver/build.make.006.log
/home/bradsaund/catkin_ws/src/vive_teleop/openvr_ros_driver/src/openvr_ros_driver_node.cpp:2:20: fatal error: openvr.h: No such file or directory
compilation terminated.

Install moveit instruction

Instructions say to install moveit. I needed to install moveit visual tools in addition
sudo apt-get install ros-kinetic-moveit-visual-tools
