That sounds like the Python version of the reader 😅
It will not work with new replay versions because it doesnt read the proper bits anymore, hence the end of data exception.
The C# version is up to date. If you want to use Python you'll have to check which parts of the replay header have changed in the newer versions.

This method
should be in sync with its Python variant: https://github.com/Shiqan/fortnite-replay-reader/blob/5efb522704621c66ace840c9968777f682ae2adb/ray/reader.py#L158
The same problem(s) might apply to the rest of the Python code as well, for instance, parsing eliminations.
