Seeing this error with recent update:

> nucs <- readNucs("Sample_NB.nucmap_combined.bed.gz")
Error in cols(chr = col_character()) : could not find function "cols"

Maybe a namespace issue, will take a look.

Fits of all I would like to thank you for both NucleoATAC and NucleoATACR packages... I was trying to make some plots using the example files in the NucleoATACR before proceeding with my own data, and I get the following error when I try to plot the "relative insertion probabilities" with respect to the "position relative to dyad" using the function plotV.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

In addition: Warning messages:
1: axis.ticks.margin is deprecated. Please set margin property of axis.text instead
2: panel.margin is deprecated. Please use panel.spacing property instead
3: legend.margin must be specified using margin(). For the old behavior use legend.spacing
