apolloh's Issues

DLOH call spanning HETD-NEUT-HETD

Hi,

I have a question about how apolloh predicts some loh calls. I found most DLOH calls were within the region of single HETD, which makes sense but I saw some exceptions.

For example, there are cases where DLOH overlaps with NEUT.

chr5 HETD 49880001 68920000
chr5 NEUT 68920001 70150000
chr5 HETD 70150001 80910000

chr5 DLOH 49881300 80899408

In this case, how did apolloh detect the DLOH region in the NEUT region or is this supposed to be two separate DLOH calls?

Thank you for the help.
