I found the cause of the warning. It seems to come from VueUse computedWithControl, which is being used at the ComboboxRoot to compute the options. Whenever the options are used inside of a computed property, it throws that warning.
I found out that one of the maintainers of VueUse suggested using watch instead when this issue happens. Here's a link to the issue at VueUse: vueuse/vueuse#3794 (comment).
I can submit a PR replacing the computedWithControl with simple ref and watch functionality. I already tested it locally and it removes the warning while maintaining the same behavior.
