As title, configuration file is not created as indicated.

While it is possible to subset the GO Tree by its root node in the GUI (biological process, molecular function, cellular location), the option to perform subsetting in the CLI is not obvious (all three are used by default), resulting in incorrect FDR estimates if subsetting was intended.

Potential workaround is to use a customized config file via "--config (-C)", though whether to have optional flags may be a consideration.

Hi,
I get stderr when running the ermineJ.sh in Linux.

Error: Could not find or load main class com.werken.forehead.Forehead

I have google, but not a solution.

Any help is much appreciated.
