Events and Boolean operations about vidseq HOT 2 OPEN

Wow that came out a lot longer than I expected

from vidseq.

Okay so to recap:

• _ , _ , ... "then"
  A sequence of events, one after the other.

• _ | _ | ... "or"
  A group of events where any can pass at once.

• _ & _ & ... "and"
  A group of events where all must pass at once.

• !_ "not"
  An event that needs to fail.

• ( ... )
  A group of events, like how you'd expect.

And I've ordered those based on precedence, and they're all left-associative (except for the last two, but they only have one node so it doesn't really make much sense to talk about associativity).
