Seeding affects community numbering

FYI: Please run the code in R terminal, not Rstudio. The apcluster algorithm has its own internal seed, which may affect the rendering of the communities from the DNF matrix. Please note that the the actual community sizes and the drugs that are part of each community (ie community memberships) do not change. The only observable change from changes in the seeding is a change in the number of the community that was rendered (ie, C51 instead of C41).
