This is certainly a problem, well spotted. The FileOpen function that gets exposed to the scripts should retain its original parameter list and translate it to the new style.
I can reproduce the bug in KQII.

Yes, I see now, I did not notice it is an exported function when was implementing new file stuff.
If anyone wants to fix this - you are welcome. I will be able to do this only on weekends (got a busy week, got too tired, brain does not work :-) ).
