Format check is no longer failing on improper format

Format check on master showed no errors:
Pulling master and running the formatter shows that there is a formatting change to be made in the testing directory
Do we want the formatter to also check the format of tests?

Collect quaternion instead of Euler angles

Organize applications directory

The applications/SignBuddy directory has quite a few files now, should we consider restructuring the directory and add subdirectories like src and inc?
