create module that supports sending various types of data to android app

we should detect NACKs, and other failures in the i2c module and return error codes

the imu module currently just sends a single i2c command, we need to create an instance of the bno055 library and pass in i2c functions.

imu is able to send interrupt on data ready - we should use this

• Add in ADC functionality to read data for the flex sensor

The applications/SignBuddy directory has quite a few files now, should we consider restructuring the directory and add subdirectories like src and inc?

• applications/SignBuddy/src/adc.c
• applications/SignBuddy/inc/adc.h
• etc...

We could leave main.c in applications/SignBuddy/main.c

• Format check on master showed no errors:
  
• Pulling master and running the formatter shows that there is a formatting change to be made in the testing directory
  
• Do we want the formatter to also check the format of tests?

• Small issue in current BLE UART module, I defined data width as 7 bits but I think it should be 8 bits like in #19
