I think I have another problem.

STDERR: Error: invalid_request_error: You didn't provide an API key. You need to provide your API key in an Authorization header using Bearer auth (i.e. Authorization: Bearer YOUR_KEY), or as the password field (with blank username) if you're accessing the API from your browser and are prompted for a username and password. You can obtain an API key from https://platform.openai.com/account/api-keys.

This is my config

[openai]
api_base = "https://oa.api2d.net/v1"
api_key = "fk189040-xxxx"
model = "gpt-3.5-turbo-16k"
retries = 2
proxy = ""

It seems to be an issue with the async-openai library. The url method in OpenAIConfig is fixed.

impl Config for OpenAIConfig {
    fn headers(&self) -> HeaderMap {
        let mut headers = HeaderMap::new();
        if !self.org_id.is_empty() {
            headers.insert(
                OPENAI_ORGANIZATION_HEADER,
                self.org_id.as_str().parse().unwrap(),
            );
        }

        headers.insert(
            AUTHORIZATION,
            format!("Bearer {}", self.api_key).as_str().parse().unwrap(),
        );

        headers
    }

    fn url(&self, path: &str) -> String {
        format!("{}{}", OPENAI_API_BASE, path)
    }

    fn api_base(&self) -> &str {
        &self.api_base
    }

    fn api_key(&self) -> &str {
        &self.api_key
    }

    fn query(&self) -> Vec<(&str, &str)> {
        vec![]
    }
}
