This code currently compiles against Callisto 2.20 (http://www.nieuwenhuisen.nl/callisto/).

Setup with Visual Studios 2010
==============================
Create a new Win32 Console Application
--------------------------------------
On Application Settings page of setup wizard select:
1) Console Application
2) Empty Project
3) Click Finish


After completing wizard
-----------------------
1) Add header files from include directory.
2) Add source files from src directory.
3) Edit project properties
3.1) Select All Configurations from Configurations menu
3.2) Under C/C++ add the includes directory and the callisto 2.20 directory to the Additional Include Directories.
3.3) Under Linker -> General:
3.3.1) Add the callisto 2.20 directory to the Additional Library Directories.
3.3.2) Set Enable Incremental Linking to No.
3.4) Under Linker -> Input add callisto.lib to Additional Dependencies.
3.5) Add the callisto 2.20 directory to the Windows PATH environment variable.
3.6) Restart Visual Studios.
