Encountered an issue when packaging version 0.1.2 for Linux using snapcraft. The app runs fine when built in Linux using

flutter build linux --release -v -t lib/main.dart

but gives this error

can't be assigned to the parameter type 'PointerDownEvent'.

when running snapcraft command.
Possibly due to the breaking change to GestureRecognizer. Trying to use a newer version of flutter_form_builder does not work as FormBuilderSearchableDropdown has been removed in version 6.0.0.

Will watch flutter_form_builder to see if a new version comes up with FormBuilderSearchableDropdown reinstated.

There is a logical error with how backslashes and names are handled that results in the target text containing characters like "XXX1" and "XXX2" which are the codes used when handling names.

TODO: Fix the logical error.

Google has just announced that it will be updating Google Translate. I don't have any details, but if it ends up breaking the API that is being used in the backend of this app, please post details in this thread so that we can all work on any issues together. 🙇‍♀️
