Shows: Enabled: false

I'm on URP 2021.3.11. In HDRP you can change filtering in the editor, and in URP you can change it for renderscale. How can I choose e.g. FSR for dynamic resolution upscaling?

is this should works on mac m1 ?

I'm new to the HDRP so it might be me just messing something up, but I have done everything mentioned in the README and documentation.

I figured out that both of the checks return 0 here, but I'm using Windows build, and I believe it's supported.
However, the script is still working to at least some extent. The target frame rate succesfully scales down on slower computers.

Even when dynamic resolution is clearly working. Scale always shows 1 and the resolution is always the screen resolution.
