TAOR OPF_3 is throwing an error that there are no placement locations found for Mil Objectives. This error is thrown because the map has no military structures within this 5km x 5km area.
Will fix by removing Mil Obj module from that TAOR.

They show up on map still, set alpha to 0 in editor.
Need to investigate the TOC biometrics. On entry to the TOC, biometrics aren't linking correctly with the door and as a result are not opening.
Biometrics on the door linked to the secured room appear to open for any unit. Need to confirm that the condition for open is set correctly.
