This project is used to automatically download IEEE conference papers, but you need an IEEE account or a university network with download permission. Take downloading IEEE ITSC2018 conference papers as an example.
url文件记录的每个论文的编号信息，其格式如下，具体可参考工程目录里面的url.txt文件： The url.txt records the numbering information of each papers as the following format, you can refer to the url.txt we provided :

将python文件与url文件放置在同一个目录下面，运行python文件即可， 需要连接有下载权限的网络。 论文下载完成，如下：
Make sure that the .py is placed in the same directory as url.txt, then just run .py. Connect to a network with download permission. The results are as follows:
