Would be a nice implementation getting material dark mode as many apps support it now.
This would need white text and black background... text might have a colour choice and a selector in config that reads the default phone theme so if it is dark mode the switch will be done automatically..or manually

In the main window the + add torrent button covers the remaining time for the last torrent downloading when it's full

Hello, would be nice if you could find some extra time and make some changes..
Fantastic app !

When in dark mode the chosen theme colour seems to be ignored - elements such as the add button, progress bars, setting toggles and page identifiers remain the default (teal?) colour.

If I download a .torrent file in say, Chrome, and then open the downloaded file, it opens Trireme, but at the main "torrent list" screen - I still have to click the "+" button in the bottom-right and navigate to the downloaded file. Ideally, opening the torrent file would take me straight to the Add Torrent screen, and pre-fill the "Add torrent file" text field with the path to the opened torrent file.

Tried the app.. looks promising but cannot even add server either local or over internet.
Btw still using transdrone so i know server/network setups are ok.

Due to my Deluge is running behind a VPN (split tunnel on Ubuntu), the only way I can access it is through a nginx reverse proxy. I added an entry in my reverse proxy configuration to redirect to localhost:58846, but in the app it just says Network error: Couldn't connect to server when in the ghost field I enter https://ip/deluged and port 443.

Did I do something wrong or is it not support yet? If it's the latter, any chance that it'll be added?

If I'm setting my path and make a mistake, moving left or hitting backspace seems to move several characters at once for some reason. I'm using a Gemini PDA, so landscape mode with a physical keyboard. Got the app from f-droid and it's up to date.

There does not seem to be any way to delete or modify a deluge server connection once it has been added?

Hello when I try to add my server I enter the host and the port and hit continue it just loads and loads and nothing happens. Assistance is appreciated.

The only feature I need that would make Trireme a perfect 10/10 for me is the ability to rename files from the files page.

I would expect to be able to long-press a file, select "rename" from a submenu, and use the Android keyboard to make changes.

Tried adding torrent with file and URL but file does not get added and the main page just shows loading and I tried adding the download path too :/ I have Android 10 on my samsung A6+

When going to the options page for a torrent i am getting the following error that is preventing the options page from rendering:

"Type '_Smi' is not a subtype of type 'bool' in type cast"

Would be nice to have a wol option adding a torrent as my server is offline all day(due to heavy energy consumation) that would power up and add the torrent by its self instead of having an wol app and an add torrent to server. This would be a big improvement I guess for many ppl as no many keep server online all day 😁

There should be a way to edit a saved server. The screen in settings / server details should let the user edit the server details. Right now they have to delete and then add the server again with the updated details.

1.0.2 does not work for me. It will open, but after adding my server it crashes. Using android 8.0.0 and my server is a FreeNAS BSD jail. Not sure of the server version of deluge, but I can get it if you think it's relevant.

If set to dark mode on peers you can't read text because it's black like background

it would be awesome if you make a plugin for torrent downloading, so that others can use in thier app

When in dark mode, the speed limit sliders for up and download found on the main page are colored black.
On a dark background they are not visible

I believe the order must be reversed: No Yes

If the deluge session is paused the app will be unable to connect. Also timeout reconnect option is needed or the app has to be restarted.

It would be really useful if one could create a deluge server connection which included parameters for an SSH connection through which it should be tunnelled (or maybe just add SOCKS support?)

Since deluge servers often run on home networks, and mobile clients often roam on other networks, this would really help with security, since users would not need to leave ports open on internet facing machines. A workaround of course is to use a 3rd-party app like JuiceSSH to create the tunnel, before attempting to connect in Trireme. Perhaps this could be made more seamless with something like Tasker or IFTTT, assuming Trireme has the necessary "hooks" for automation applications.

Maybe I missed it entirely, but is there a way to see (and even better, edit) the tracker URLs in Trireme? Right now, I can see the number of trackers in the Options tab, but not what they are.

Had to open add torrentfile and do insert in this way.. please change.

Selecting remove torrent and/or remove with data causes a black screen . If you press home button on the phone and call again the app the torrent is removed

We should let the users know that web UI address is the wrong one for this app.

NOT AN ISSUE

I tried connecting my cloudbox deluge, and it works perfectly.

Then I tried connecting feral's deluge and I can't get it to work - I've tried all the possible url combinations but it keeps saying the password is wrong... Although the password is the one in feral's summary page.

Is this a known issue?

When looking at the files included in a torrent, the files are all in order of size, making it hard if you want to download the first 10 files of a 50 file torrent. To me alphabetical order would be a more sane default, though having a sort button like the main view would be even better.

When I try to add torrent using URL nothing happens. However I tried only torrents from nyaa.si.

I have a raspberry pi set up with a deluge daemon.

If i connect from my desktop using the deluge app as a thin client it works fine.

From trireme however i can add my server successfully to the server list, but when i go back to the home page (or restart app) it states :
SSL Handshake exception, certificate was changed on the remote server.

and doesn't load anything.
