Script execution timeout

Every now and then, the script appears to get stuck in an infinite loop, and the message "Script Execution Timeout" is sent to my mail. No idea what causes this, and no idea how to debug it

Spawning too many creeps

Sometimes the workforce managers send too many creeps to the spawn queue. Usually just one extra, but there appears to be no limit. The bug is probably in the doSpawning method of WorkforceManager
