Look into caching strategies

Decide on how to best display useful data to the Pokemon Trainer

Currently we only load a couple of items, then fetch some more. In the meantime you're stuck waiting for data you don't care about. [Feedback from user S]

One solution would be to generate the ENTIRE list with only placeholders, then load the data once the user has scrolled.
We can also fill in the National Pokedex id, since we already need it for the "key" prop.
This would make it easier for users to stop at a number they recognise.
Should also consider names in the future.

I believe its mostly the images, unsure if they are actually being cached.
pokedexapi.co also has a limitation of not being able to retrieve multiple records with one request.

Need to look into offline storage/cacing of assets.

Otherwise spin up my own cache and database
