landsat_smw_lst's Issues

Landsat 9

Hi sofia, are you planning to include landsat 9 as well in the near future?

[Question] What is the best way to interpolate LST for cloudy pixels?

Dear Ms. Ermida,

thank you for your great LST algorithm - very helpful!
I am wondering what is the best method to interpolate LST values for cloudy pixels.
In your example_1.js, you select the first image from the collection with var exImage = LandsatColl.first();. The resulting image only includes unmasked pixels, i.e., non-cloudy observations.

I would like to interpolate the values of cloudy pixels in a given image, based on the observed dynamics across the entire image collection. Ideally, I would like to interpolate the full time series for each pixel.
Do you know of an algorithm (ideally ready-to-use), that imputes missing values in a given image based on the variation observed in the entire date range?

Thanks in advance!

Code not working for whole year

The code is not working, I tried to run example 1 for Islamabad, the capital of Pakistan for the years 2010 and 2020 but the code is not working. Screenshot attached. The code is showing the upper region but not working for Rawalpindi and Islamabad

Question about "NaN"

Thank you very much for your sharing. As a novice, i have a question about why did part of the "NaN" appear after the temperature inversion after calling your code for my own research area.
Maybe there is some parameter I need to modify?

Please code with surface reflectance of landsat 5/7

Thank you so much creating this. I am trying to use landsat 7 with l7 with your script. This is not giving lst properly
