Citing doesn't seem to work. In your example \cite{cmu-malware}, results in [cmu-malware] in demo.pdf instead of a number. Also the Bibliographies don't get added towards the end of the pdf. Maybe I am missing something.

I just run the main.tex file and when I make changes in the variables file it shows me errors. Kindly help

The documentation for the glossary has to be updated as nothing is reflecting using the glossaries package
