The last error is being repeated multiple times as shown.

The code of webcam.py is not working when used with opencv3
The CV_HAAR_SCALE_IMAGE would return the error upon compilation.

IndexError: list of index out of range

AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'cv'
What should i do ?
what dependencies do i have to install ?

file webcam.py when run with cv2, there is an attribute error.
