libcxx toolchain must not pass -stdlib=libc++ option to fortran about polly HOT 2 CLOSED

This is really due to mixing clang with gfortran:

But Eigen is intended as a header only library and we shouldn't need to compile this at all:

This issue is resolved using the originally submitted header only download scheme.

This flags needed for Xcode. But looks like it's a bug of Xcode < 6 (4.6.3 and 5.1.1 tested) it works fine for Xcode 6.2. Please pull update from develop branch.
