Crash report for fluidizedtanks mod

Description

The server fails to start with fluidizedtanks mod, Minecraft version 1.18.2, FML 40.2, Forge net.minecraftforge:40.2.9.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install fluidizedtanks mod, Minecraft version 1.18.2, FML 40.2, Forge net.minecraftforge:40.2.9 on a server.
2. Run the server.
3. The server crashes with an exception.

Expected behavior

The server should start normally and load the fluidizedtanks mod.

Actual behavior

The server crashes and does not start.

加入mod时,会出现
net.minecraft.client.color.block.BlockColor ClassNotFound
好像是物品颜色的注册服务端执行了?

Hi, we observed that when fluidized-tanks is installed with placebo mods (like apotheosis) there will be a conflict between these two because they both have a ReloadableServerResources.listeners mixin.

While I understand that this is not necessarily an issue and there is nothing wrong in using it, I would like to ask if it is possible to modify the current implementation and avoid using the mixin for the TankDefinitionManager stuffs.
