Manage vscode-icons with ease

Right now all icons are taken from @danishgajjar vscode-icons repo.

Please check it out and contribute if you can.

The latest build is available in the releases section. Just download and run the application.

After a download, you need to cmd + click on vscode (if in the dock) to update the icon.

Contributors are always welcome, even for English typos in the readme or comments!
