Merino loses reference to folder/files about merino HOT 3 CLOSED

I think you're correct -- the treeModel / file list is getting lost somewhere -- but I have trouble reproducing this, so it's hard for me to debug. Let me know if you have any repro steps for me to try. I'm also testing on 2018.3.0.f2 now.

Update: I couldn't reproduce this by minimizing / entering and exiting play mode... but I could reproduce this when refreshing the editor window layout (top-right dropdown in the editor) and attempted some kind of fix by moving a lot of EditorWindow state into the ScriptableObject

so can you try this v0.5.1 patch and let me know if it fixes anything? (it might break stuff the first time you use it, just close the tab and re-open it again)
