I have a few questions in order to help you. Could you let me know what version of ThingWorx and GitBackup extension you are using? Is the repository that you are pushing to empty? Have you tried doing first a pull from your repository, then exporting the desired project entities and then doing the push? Also, I am not sure what you mean by paid account vs. trail account? Are you referring to your ThingWorx license?

Thank you for the reply.
The error was fixed based on your question. The first step, accessing feature enabled one of the thing regarding extension. Second step, first I did the pull from my repository and then export and push. Finally i can able to push my changes to my repository.
