The error is shown in the text you sent: not authorized at....
The extension did not supply the correct credentials.
Please check github's authentication documentation and see how to authenticate first.
Another option is to read also the GitBackup Extension documentation. If you search for "github" there are 6 matches and this situation is referenced in some of them.

If with the same user and password you can pull, but not push and if you have the same error as before (not authorized) this is clearly an authorization issue on github's side.
