If you want to send any info in JSON format, you need to create a serializable class with the properties to send to the server (It's required by JsonUtility) or using other tools to serialize the object before to send. Check the demo folder of this project to see the examples.
If you don't need JSON as ContentType, you have other options like SimpleForm and FormSections, there are many examples about UnityWebRequest and this library helps to handle it more easily 👍
