2 problems:

• Link descriptions are the wrong way round so link for previous workshop (2019) goes to page for latest workshop (2020).
• The page that's supposed to be for the latest workshop goes nowhere. It's supposed to use the test_prody website but that no longer works, so we will need an alternative. We could maybe use tar/zip files instead of individual links for the previous ones underneath the detailed list of the current one.
• There is a typo "out latest workshop" should be "our latest workshop" with an r not a t on the first word.

Could you please add an environment file to the repository that has all the dependencies for building the docs? There seems to be a convoluted web of dependencies that I can't figure out. The closest I can get it to working requires using python2, but that can't be right, right?

          Thanks for your help with this problem, @jamesmkrieger. Your code works for me. The [Structure Comparison tutorial](http://prody.csb.pitt.edu/tutorials/structure_analysis/compare.html) online instructs to run `matchChains(bound, unbound)` without the `.protein` attributes you used and running that gives me the same issue as @sobhanAhmadian. Can you update that tutorial?
