Use video (mp4) as input

Hello pageauc,

first of all, i love your work.

Im new to this openCV stuff, i try to archive exactly what you are doing in rpi-cam-track except, i would like to use an input video file (mp4; h264) instead of the pi-camera.. do you think it is easy to migrate your script?

Updated rpi-cam-track Release .91

Just a note regarding the latest demo .91 update release
1 Added ability to read from a video file rather than camera
2 Added MATCH_MODEL variable in config.py to allow changing of opencv MatchTemplate behaviour
3 Added log_only_moves var to reduce data logging to only data associated with actual cam moves
4 Updated Readme.md, config.py and cam-track.py files to show links and additional features comments
