Hi, please updated Android compileSdkVersion to 28 to match other plugins.

When i am trying to get the value, i get the following in the debug console:
truetime/ntpclient.swift:29: precondition failed: already started

And then my whole screen freezes!

Any fix on this??

With the current state of the plugin, init must be done with an internet connection.
If we enable SharedPreferencesCache, init can be done without an internet connection.

After changing the ntpServer to time.google.com in true_time.dart, I am able to access it and I am getting my time properly when using my Wifi. But if I use my cellular data, It is not able to access time.google.com and i am getting an error.
I tried opening time.google.com straight from my phone's web browser when using my cellular data, and was not able to access the link. My cellular data's name is AIRTEL.

But When I access that link from my browser when using the Wifi, I am able to access the link. I am also able to access the link if I use other cellular datas like "TIGO and VODACOM".

Why Cant I access dns.google.com with Airtel? (Even if i call AIRTEL and tell them to make it accessible for their users then what about the users using my app in different countries and will not be able to access this package?)

I really need the network time for the users using that network. Please help ASAP
