I would suggest to disable this layer (at least display a note).

If browsing on the online map around 180° E/W, the grid is always shown just on one half of the display depending if you are either more eastern or more western of the 180th degree.

How to reproduce the problem

• Activate grid/graticule
• Move to 180° E/W

Expected result

• The graticules should be displayed on both sides.

Details:

If browsing on the online map around 180° E/W, the grid is always shown just on one half of the display depending if you are either more eastern or more western of the 180th degree.

When JavaScript is deactivated, the map will not be displayed. An error message like on OpenStreetMap can be a solution.

Acceptance criteria

• An error message is displayed when JavaScript is disabled.
• No error message is displayed when JavaScript is enabled.

Beim Verschieben der Karte bei angezeigtem AIS-Layer wird manchmal die ganze Karte (das Browserfenster) mit blauer Farbe überzogen. Was dazu führt kann ich nicht erkennen.

Die Menüpunkte blitzen auf, aber lassen sich nicht wähen/umschalten

There were a couple of changes to this repository, they should be deployed on the webserver that provides the main fullscreen map.

Some / most changes are corresponding to issue #49, even though not everything is completed there yet.

In the code, there is a possibility for:

• setting the first text line or some words into "bold"
• splitting the text into more than one line (4)

This is very useful for writing an adress in the permalink-popup.

This does not work until now.

Hi,

I finished the alpha version of a tide prediction server program. It is based on D. Flaters 'old' xTide and can predict tide values along the coast in contrast to the high seas models.

BUT to continue the development, I need some information about how to interface it with the website.

Details:

Loading the online map will not show the harbours in an IE-browser. This affects all versions.

Markus reported that the gauge bubble does not correctly displays umlauts. This bug exists also on the actual map, so it has nothing to do with the migration.

As far as I see, this only happens for Swiss gauges.

As skipper I'd like to have the grid (graticule) on the weather map, which allows me to get a better orientation.

Description

The menu point 'View/Development/Water Depth' points to a dead page.

This can be integrated under menu Tool > Quality management > Lights to fix

Beim Törnplaner gibt es die Möglichkeit, den gezeichneten Track zu speichern.

Bei der Speicherung als CSV geht der Startpunkt verloren (wird nicht gespeichert).
Gespeichert werden die Wegsegmente, mit Kurs, Distanz und Position des Wegpunktes.
Dabei enthalten die Einträge aber zusätzliche/falsche Zeichen: Â in Excel, " in note++.

Sinnvoll wäre auch die Möglichkeit, einen gespeicherten Track zur Anzeige
bzw. zur weiteren Bearbeitung wieder einzulesen.
Dann könnte man sich auch Tracks per Mail zusenden.

Wenn man beim Track-Bearbeiten zufällig/irrtümlich irgendwo ins Leere klickt (beispielsweise beim Verschieben der Karte) ändert der Track die Farbe von rot auf blau und ist nicht mehr bearbeitbar. Ich habe keine Möglichkeit gefunden, den "Bearbeiten"-Zustand wieder herzustellen. Man muss dann wieder von vorne anfangen.
Vielleicht kann man noch einen "Edit"-Button einbauen?

Gut wäre auch eine 3. Nachkommastelle,
damit man den Törnplaner als genaues Messinstrument verwenden kann.
Vielleicht muss man das selektiv machen, nur für kurze Distanzen? (z=15..18)
Beim Kurs wäre m.E. eine Nachkommastelle ausreichend.

Von OSMern kam die Bitte, dass hilfreich wäre,
wenn man von Seemeilen auf km umschalten könnte.

Ein weiterer Wunsch war: GPX als Ausgabeformat

The 10m-layer shows colours from red to green for 0-10m.
You can switch the layer behind the "+" in the right upper corner.

For users it would be very nice, to have this nice layer also
in our fullscreen-chart :-)
So they can use our "infrastructure" (permalink, measuring tool)

Since years, the GEBCO layer makes all other layers "milky". This is due to the fact that the GEBCO tiles are rendered in a way where the land areas are white, and they are put on top of the base layer with a certain level of opacity.

Now Martin submitted a patch:

It would be fine to have a slider between chart and DOP.
This is a very useful tool for to compare the mapping quality and reality.

The code is ready to implement.
