The OpenSeaMap gauge service which delivers the information does not return any information about the source of the data. To get this working, the service has to be changed or rewritten.
As far as I see, there is a small difference between the German and Swiss data: The German data contains a region name, the Swiss data not. But i think it's not clever to create a hot fix based on this information.

Hm - nach so langer Zeit wäre ein schneller Fix wenigstens zumindest dem Datenspender gegenüber sinnvoll ;-)
