Install

To install OpenAlea use conda

If you want to retrieve the code from git, use git clone. Then use this command that will retrieve all the submodules::

git submodule update --init --recursive

Howto build without uploading in anaconda?

I would like to build and test my package.
Then, on a new tag, upload it in anaconda.

Is it possible?

Add new features

We want to add new functionalities to this action:

Don't stop all the jobs of the matrix (os x python-version) when one fails.
Possibility to use mamba rather than conda.
Possiblity to adapt the matrix (os x python-version) depending on the action that launches it (e.g. one os x one python-version when on some dev branch).
Possibility to upload / publish the package to anaconda only on some cases.

Failure when trying to install mamba with version *

See conda-incubator/setup-miniconda#274

Also all the CI with or without mamba fail (because they tr to install it)

Bug in the last release 0.1.3 related to numpy
