Thanks a lot for creating this repository! Could you please also consider to give the NVAPI Open Source SDK (https://download.nvidia.com/XFree86/nvapi-open-source-sdk/) a home here or in a different repository on GitHub?
This would made e.g. release and change tracking much easier.

DirectX12 is perfectly usable in C, is there a reason the #if defined(__cplusplus) is at the top of the function?

If you are using C# program you need the DLL version not the .Lib. There are no way to get the DLL file

As far as I can tell, it's just a continuation of the Open Source releases but with a much more restrictive license.

After cloning the source file locally, I added it to VS2019, but most of the symbols in the NvApiDriverSettings.c source file reported mass error message saying that the identifier could not be found.

I added the includes and references of NVMAPI-Main folder and I added the reference folder of amd64 for my 64 bit machine. it displays thousands of compile errors C2059 on NVAPI_INTERFACE . There are 0 instructions on how to setup NVAPI for my IDE
