Add a button to add a mnemonic to the card

User:

What is a good mnemonic for the capital of Eritrea (Asmara)?

GPT-4:

Here's a simple mnemonic:

"Ask Mara, she knows the capital of Eritrea."

This mnemonic plays on the similar sounding words "Asmara" and "Ask Mara", and it also gives the mnemonic a story element which can make it easier to remember. In this case, Mara could be a character who is an expert in world geography.

Add a toggle for adding a note "(card created with AnkiGPT)" to cards

Enhancement/idea: So that in large decks, you can easily tell which cards you might still need to manually review vs. which ones you've already gone through (and subsequently, removed the tag from if the cards were reasonable and correct)

Could be added as the last line in the first/second column of the csv?

Edit: Also the option to prepend/append e.g. "8.1" to indicate the chapter the ~20 or so cards belong to.
