Add Credits to Readme

Add the credits to the readme file, and include the license file from 3rd-party libraries.

Duplicated kanji

I am using edge, is edge cause this problem?

Duplicated hiragana

Not all tokens has the form <kana+kanji+kana>, for example: 「間に合う」

In the function renderRuby (here), smashed may also have hiragana inside, which would caused duplicated hiragana.

Furigana is invisible on dark mode

mirigana v0.20 on Firefox 78.0.2, MacOS 10.15.5

请问这个项目还在维护吗？在Edge上更改颜色以及选中时隐藏假名的设置都无法保存。

进行设置后第二次打开，可能是过一段时间也可能是重启后就会变回默认设置。
试了下在Chrome上不会出现这个问题。

Unexpected Selected Text on the Context Menu Command

In Chrome the selected text in the context menu command always includes the annotations.

The expected behavior is the same as it on Firefox:

Twitter updated the DOM structure and this extension is stopped working.

I have submitted the hotfix 4 days ago but keeps getting rejected by the reason of:

Spam and Placement in the Store

Item has a blank description field, or missing icons or screenshots, and appears to be suspicious.

I have no idea what's wrong with it.

I opened a ticket but didn't get replied yet.

[Suggestion] Ignore tweets written in Simplified/Traditional Chinese

Maybe you can ignore tweets with no kana in it. (But it may be not so accurate. Further investigation is needed.)

Content Security Policy Violation breaks this extension.

Furigana will be copied together with text

I have used [Hide furigana on selecting], but the furigana is still copied together when copying. Even when I turn off the extension in the panel, it will still be copied.
The only way to solve this problem is to disable the extension completely in Chrome
