Looks like this problem related to new version of TB. For example they have added ability to define width of modal dialogs. May be this or anything else broken compatibility with TB 3.0.3. So, I think you should check compatibility your modal dialog with current.

Thanks for finding that for me. I didn't realize it was a bump up to the latest bootstrap which contained a breaking change. This is no longer an issue.

@JakeLaCombe meanwhile, you can use bundler to lock less-rails-bootstrap to 3.0.x version (gem 'less-rails-bootstrap', '~> 3.0.3').
