That sounds like a JavaScript issue: the edit link is added on the fly.
Can you reproduce this issue and if so are there any errors in your console?

I can reproduce the issue every time and there are no JS console errors. Want to record a quick screencast of what is happening?

- Which browser and OS are you using?
- Are you using an Association field or a select box?

@nilshoerrmann upgraded to 1.1.0, cleared my browser cache and this issues went away.
