Not working if not admin ?

Hello,
I wanted to use this software again but I found that when i'm not logged in (W11) as administrator, the only option i get on "right-click" is "configure presets".

Is this normal behaviour ? I logged in my admin session and everything works fine.

Can't compile

I can't compile this fork.
The original FileConverter compiles without any problems, but this one produces a bunch of errors. As it turned out, most of the files are missing (for example, the folder: "\Application\FileConverter\Windows").

Is it possible to get the full source folder?

P.S. Combining folders from the original FileConverter does not help, there are generally a lot of errors there
