Add option to set padded value to max value to move chart line lower

1. Add to LineChartGridStyle stroke and color for X and Y axis separately.
2. Add option to add first grid line (for now it is skipped)

Use Case

Despite the maintenance of this package, it has gained few likes. The core issue appears to be a lack of visibility regarding the package's capabilities.

Proposal

To address this, I propose the creation of a GitHub Pages demo. This demo would showcase the various graphs that the package is capable of generating, providing a clear demonstration of its capabilities. An example to follow could be the approach taken by Flutter Syncfusion. This would enhance visibility and illustrate the package's potential to users.
