It seems to be implemented here: https://github.com/strongloop/loopback-connector-mssql/blob/master/lib/migration.js#L91-L113
Maybe its a bug or something? What are you trying to do?

It doesn't take any parameters like the ones for postgres or mysql .. I need to pass the model name to check if it's schema is equal or not?!

You are right, it doesn't. @raymondfeng Any reason why MSSQL's isActual implementation is different?

Seems like a pretty big issue when dealing with migrations and there has been little to no activity for almost a year now.

It doesnt matters if there are differences between the model and de db. isActual always returns true.
