Suffix generation now only allows generating for enUS clients. In theory support for this is possible as ItemRandomSuffix.dbc has columns that accept strings for other localisations

edit the suffix generator to accept names in other languages

Edit the default yaml config file and regenerate the DBCs + SQL files

Stat values for legendary items are not displayed

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
.additem 48750 - correct
.additem 49623 - incorrect

Expected behavior
Displaying stat values of suffixes

Additional context
It is noticed that lowering the quality level to epic (5 -> 4) fixes the problem.
When comparing items, the difference in characteristics (including suffixes) is displayed
