Probably a month, but that's a very weak ETA.
If you want to subscribe to connect/disconnect events, the current way to do this is to use
go-libp2p-core/network/network.go

This has not yet been implemented, unfortunately. The latest attempt is in libp2p/go-libp2p-swarm#177.
