Okay, I resolved my thing. This library scans for layer named 'Collisions' specifically, and since dirt and ladders in LDTK 2d platformer sample project are on the same layer - colliders are combined on import.

I created new layer for ladders specifically in LDTK, also I modified this library inside my project to scan for 2 layers specifically - LADDERS and Collisions.

var layer_names = ["Collisions", "LADDERS"]
for ln in layer_names:
  var collision_layer = LDtk.import_collisions(layerInstance, options, ln)
func import_collisions(tilemap_data, options, layer_name):
  var shouldImportCollisions = options.Import_Collisions and tilemap_data.__identifier == layer_name
  ...
  layer.name = layer_name + "Layer"
