- it seems the .gdextension file is missing in your export. It's present in demos/xx/libs: try to copy the folder.
- from the screenshot, I see the demo2d is an old one. Try to update your repo to track HEAD of https://github.com/Lecrapouille/gdcef/tree/godot-4.x branch. Since huge changes have been made transitioning Godot 3 to Godot 4 with some regression risk for compiling with windows (#39): clean the folder gdcef/addons/gdcef/thirdparty/ before redoing a build.
