This library looks great, but I have a quick question. Most of the resources that I have read (listed below) suggest that the expand step takes place before the inflate step. In this library, however, the inflation step occurs before the expansion step.

I think that the first inflation/normalization will leave the matrix unchanged. During the last iteration, however, the matrix will not be inflated/normalized after being expanded. Does this divert from the algorithm in any meaningful way, and is it an issue?

I'm trying to implement this algorithm implementation on weighted graph.

Does the library support it? If yes, how can I use that feature?

Hi guys, thanks for make this repo. I think it would be nicer if you support pip and conda for this lib.
