Currently only Draft 4 of JSON Schema is supported. const was added in Draft 6, which we're currently in the process of adding support for. There is currently a branch with experimental support for drafts 6 and 7 that's WIP for now: https://github.com/jonasschmidt/ex_json_schema/tree/multi-draft-support

Actually, const is just a more readable form of a one-element enum. So you can get the same behaviour with Draft 4, just the error messages will not be as nice.
